You can create and invite custom contact groups here. Create a contact group, create few contacts and assign contacts to your contact group. Now you can invite all contacts in contact group.

You can mass import contacts into your account and then assign them to a contact group. For this, select a CSV file with the contact details.
The CSV file should have Contact Name, Contact Email as first two fields.
Use the below Global Survey URL to manually share this survey to multiple recipients for example through your favorite email client.
